A self-led evaluation framework for evaluating designers beyond design skills, but also teamwork, leadership, influence, impact and autonomy.

My Approach

The four quadrants in this example align to pre-existing company values that I adapted specifically to the Design function.

With these I can sit with my team and identify very targeted areas where they want to grow and learn, without sacrificing a holistic picture of what those skills help us achieve.
